Overview
M7 Marketing respects the privacy of authorized account users, clients, and website visitors. This policy explains the information the M7 Marketing application accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares when providing authorized Google Ads reporting and account-management functionality.
Website and contact information
This website does not use a contact form, advertising pixels, or analytics cookies. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, and inquiry.
Google user data we access
When a client authorizes access through Google OAuth or links a Google Ads account to our manager account, our private internal tool may access the account identifiers and settings, campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords, search terms, audiences, conversion configuration, change history, and performance metrics required for the agreed service.
Performance metrics may include impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, and related reporting dimensions. We do not request or store a client’s Google password. Access is limited to accounts the client has authorized and may be revoked at any time.
How Google user data is used
- To prepare reports and analyze campaign performance
- To research keywords and support campaign planning
- To create or manage campaigns and approved account settings
- To configure website conversion measurement and first-party website audiences when requested
- To troubleshoot, secure, and audit the internal tool
Material write operations are staged for human review before execution. Google user data is not used for unrelated advertising, sold, rented, or exposed through a secondary API.
Storage, service providers, and disclosure
OAuth credentials and limited cached, exported, or logged Google Ads data may be stored in access-controlled systems only where needed to operate the internal tool and provide the agreed service. Data transmitted between our tool, service providers, and Google is protected in transit using HTTPS or equivalent encrypted connections.
Information may be processed by authorized personnel and infrastructure, hosting, development, or operational service providers acting on our instructions and only as necessary to deliver or secure the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, clients, or system security. Google Ads data is not combined across unrelated clients for audience targeting.
Retention and deletion
Google Ads authorization credentials are deleted or disabled promptly after access is revoked or the relevant service ends. Cached Google Ads data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days unless a longer period is required to complete an agreed report, resolve a security issue, or meet a legal obligation. Contract, invoice, approval, and security records may be retained for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business needs.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and credential separation, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your controls and revocation
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements. You may revoke OAuth access through your Google Account permissions, unlink the client account from our Google Ads manager account, or contact us. Revocation stops future access but does not require deletion of records we must retain by law.
Google API Services User Data Policy
M7 Marketing’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
International processing and policy changes
M7 Marketing operates from Egypt and may serve clients internationally. Information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards. We may update this policy as our services, legal obligations, or technology change; the current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
